THANK YOU!!

All I can say is THANK YOU!  Thanks to many friends and family members, this day was not as miserable as I  had anticipated.  I am anxious for tomorrow, but I have no reason to doubt that God will get me through.  The girls and I will do our best to keep the blog updated as much as we can!

  6. Robin,

    We too pray for God to guide your surgeons’ hands and that they become a conduit of God’s grace and healing in performing a successful procedure.

    We also pray for peace, tranquility, patience, and love for you and your family.

    We pray that God gives you comfort in your recovery, relief in the results of your surgery, and a quick and painless treatment plan that eradicates this cancer from your body.

    We pray for freedom from what must be an overwhelming collage of worry, fear, and sadness, as you travel through this journey and that He lifts you up as a testament of His glorious power.

    I am not versed in the Bible, I am impressed and moved by many of the passages I have read in your blog. In my humbling attempt to find a passage that would give you strength I came across the following:
    Job 6:18
    For he wounds, but he also binds up;
    he injures, but his hands also heal.

    This reminds me that we live His plan, you have been wounded and injured, and now it is time for God to heal you.

    May the Holy Spirit fill us all with the grace, peace, and love He freely offers to us for the asking, and that we glorify Him as we accept his gifts.

    As I told Randy, anything we can do, please just ask.

    Clarke Reberg and family.

  9. Good Morning Robin,

    It's me again. It's Thursday morning, and you were the first thing on my mind this morning. :) My devotional started with this verse today...how perfect for you (and me, too) 1 Peter 5:7 Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you. May this verse and all the others you have received along with all of the prayers being said give you and your family the peace you need for this day and the days ahead.

    Stay strong and positive! God has great things planned for you!!!

    Love,
    Corla :)
